Again, therefore, Jesus spake to them, saying, `I am the light of the world; he who is following me shall not walk in the darkness, but he shall have the light of the life.'

so let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works, and may glorify your Father who <FI>is<Fi> in the heavens.

for so hath the Lord commanded us: I have set thee for a light of nations--for thy being for salvation unto the end of the earth.'

for ye were once darkness, and now light in the Lord; as children of light walk ye,

and ye <FI>are<Fi> a choice race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people acquired, that the excellences ye may shew forth of Him who out of darkness did call you to His wondrous light;

`And no one having lighted a lamp doth cover it with a vessel, or under a couch doth put <FI>it<Fi> ; but upon a lamp-stand he doth put <FI>it<Fi> , that those coming in may see the light,

And this is the message that we have heard from Him, and announce to you, that God is light, and darkness in Him is not at all;

and the light in the darkness did shine, and the darkness did not perceive it.
