The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender.

She considers a field, and buys it. With the fruit of her hands, she plants a vineyard.

Who remembered us in our low estate; for his loving kindness endures forever;

The heavens are yours. The earth also is yours; the world and its fullness. You have founded them.

Don’t trust in oppression. Don’t become vain in robbery. If riches increase, don’t set your heart on them.

There are people who remove the landmarks. They violently take away flocks, and feed them.

“If it please the king, let a royal commandment go from him, and let it be written among the laws of the Persians and the Medes, so that it cannot be altered, that Vashti may never again come before King Ahasuerus; and let the king give her royal estate to another who is better than she.

This was a small thing in your eyes, God; but you have spoken of your servant’s house for a great while to come, and have respected me according to the estate of a man of high degree, Yahweh God.

Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid, neither be dismayed: for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go.”

When you build a new house, then you shall make a railing around your roof, so that you don’t bring blood on your house if anyone falls from there.

“You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife. Neither shall you desire your neighbor’s house, his field, or his male servant, or his female servant, his ox, or his donkey, or anything that is your neighbor’s.”

But the houses of the villages which have no wall around them shall be reckoned with the fields of the country: they may be redeemed, and they shall be released in the Jubilee.
