“Without counsel purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counsellors they are established.”
Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed. Without advice, plans fail (paro machshavot). With counselors, plans succeed (tikun). Wisdom includes seeking input.
