`Before I form thee in the belly, I have known thee; and before thou comest forth from the womb I have separated thee, a prophet to nations I have made thee.'

`Come unto me, all ye labouring and burdened ones, and I will give you rest,

`All things, therefore, whatever ye may will that men may be doing to you, so also do to them, for this is the law and the prophets.

Be not therefore anxious for the morrow, for the morrow shall be anxious for its own things; sufficient for the day <FI>is<Fi> the evil of it.

but seek ye first the reign of God and His righteousness, and all these shall be added to you.

so let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works, and may glorify your Father who <FI>is<Fi> in the heavens.

`Ye are the salt of the land, but if the salt may lose savour, in what shall it be salted? for nothing is it good henceforth, except to be cast without, and to be trodden down by men.

He hath declared to thee, O man, what <FI>is<Fi> good; Yea, what is Jehovah requiring of thee, Except--to do judgment, and love kindness, And lowly to walk with thy God?

And she doteth on their paramours, Whose flesh <FI>is<Fi> the flesh of asses, And the issue of horses--their issue.

For I have known the thoughts that I am thinking towards you--an affirmation of Jehovah; thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give to you posterity and hope.

Be not afraid, for with thee I <FI>am<Fi> , Look not around, for I <FI>am<Fi> thy God, I have strengthened thee, Yea, I have helped thee, yea, I upheld thee, With the right hand of My righteousness.

But those expecting Jehovah pass <FI>to<Fi> power, They raise up the pinion as eagles, They run and are not fatigued, They go on and do not faint!

Strength and honour <FI>are<Fi> her clothing, And she rejoiceth at a latter day.

Iron by iron is sharpened, And a man sharpens the face of his friend.

Give instruction to a youth about his way, Even when he is old he turneth not from it.

Above every charge keep thy heart, For out of it <FI>are<Fi> the outgoings of life.

In all thy ways know thou Him, And He doth make straight thy paths.

Trust unto Jehovah with all thy heart, And unto thine own understanding lean not.

Behind and before Thou hast besieged me, And Thou dost place on me Thy hand.

This <FI>is<Fi> the day Jehovah hath made, We rejoice and are glad in it.

Desist, and know that I <FI>am<Fi> God, I am exalted among nations, I am exalted in the earth.

Also--when I walk in a valley of death-shade, I fear no evil, for Thou <FI>art<Fi> with me, Thy rod and Thy staff--they comfort me.
