“And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,”
When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison - after the millennium of peace and Christ's reign with the saints, Satan is briefly released. This allows a final test and revelation of the human heart's bent toward rebellion.
