Unrepented Sin

He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. — read the full passage →

For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
