And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
'On no day will its gates ever be shut, for there is no night there; the glory and honor of the nations will be brought into it' - the repeated affirmation emphasizes the city's perpetual openness and the nations' willing contribution of their glory to God. The redeemed creation participates in the city's worship.
