“And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.”
'Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire' - those not written in the Lamb's book of life face the second death. Their names were not preserved from before the foundation of the world; they are consigned to eternal separation from God.
