Greet my dear friend Persis, another woman who has worked very hard in the Lord. — Tryphenain (Tryphena) kai Tryphosan (Tryphosa), kopiao (work hard, labor) en kyriō (in the Lord). Persis (Persis), tēn agapētēn (the beloved), hē polla ekopiasen (who worked hard greatly) en kyriō (in the Lord). Female laborers occupy significant roles in the church.
