“Before the Lord; for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.”
God the judge: "before the LORD, for he is coming to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity." The ultimate purpose of the cosmic celebration is the coming judge. Divine righteousness and equity characterize judgment.
