“Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth:”
Do not gloat when your enemy falls; when he stumbles, do not let your heart rejoice—an exhortation to refrain from schadenfreude, establishing that taking pleasure in another's misfortune is unseemly and wrong.
