“The lips of the wise disperse knowledge: but the heart of the foolish doeth not so.”
The lips of the wise spread knowledge, but the hearts of fools are not upright. The wise disseminate understanding. The fool's heart is not right (lo ken lev kesilim). Speech and heart character differ.
