Isaiah 60
22 verses
The Lord commands Zion to arise and shine because her light has come and the glory of the Lord has risen upon her, initiating a vision of cosmic transformation and universal pilgrimage. The oracle announces that darkness covers the earth and thick darkness the peoples, yet the Lord rises upon Zion and His glory appears over her, establishing divine light as the source of salvation.
