“Why sayest thou, O Jacob, and speakest, O Israel, My way is hid from the Lord, and my judgment is passed over from my God?”
Why do you say, O Jacob, and assert, O Israel, 'My way is hidden from the LORD, and the justice due me has passed away from my God,' establishing that some among the people have voiced despair and the feeling that God has abandoned them and their cause.
