“And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.”

The prophecy's conclusion: the kingdom and dominion under the whole heaven will be given to the holy ones (God's people). They will possess an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions will serve them. This represents the ultimate vindication of believers; those who suffered under oppression will ultimately possess authority over all creation.
