1 CORINTHIANS 15:16 — KING JAMES VERSION 0
1 Cor 15:151 Cor 15:17
For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised:
For if the dead are not raised, then Christ has not been raised — the logical circle completes: deny the dead's resurrection, deny Christ's. No escape clause exists.

Church Fathers on 1 Corinthians 15:16

“For if the dead are not raised, neither has Christ been raised.” For had He not intended to do this, He would not have come into the world. And he names not this, but the end, to wit, His resurrection; through it drawing all things.
