He said to her, 'Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace.' The woman who had been bleeding was healed. But Jesus attributes it to her faith, not to his power directly.
Her faith—her reaching out, her belief that touch would help, her willingness despite shame—that's what healed her. Jesus honors her active participation. It wasn't something done to her. It was something she reached toward.
