Jesus isn't just an example of faith - he's the source and fulfillment of it. He's the one who developed faith to completion, who showed what perfect trust in God looks like, who is the goal we're running toward.
That means I don't have to figure out faith on my own. I'm not trying to replicate an impossible standard. I'm learning faith by staying connected to the one who actually knows what it is. By watching him, by praying toward him, by letting him be the attracting center of my life.
That's made faith feel less like an achievement and more like a relationship. Which is probably what it always was.
