I'm realizing how much of my life is lived in reaction to rumors, news cycles, worst-case scenarios. Climate apocalypse, political collapse, pandemic, recession - there's always something urgent and terrifying.
Paul's not saying ignore reality. He's saying, check your sources. Think clearly. Don't let fear drive your decisions. I've started doing an information diet - I get news but I don't live in the panic. And it's changed how I show up for my kids, for my marriage, for my work. Less reactive, more grounded.
