“All the best of the oil, and all the best of the wine, and of the wheat, the firstfruits of them which they shall offer unto the Lord, them have I given thee.”
I give you all the finest olive oil and all the finest new wine and grain they give to the LORD, the firstfruits that they present to the LORD' — the firstfruits (bikkurim) and finest portions of harvested goods become priestly property; oil, wine, and grain (the staple agricultural products) constitute the priest's material support from the land's abundance.
