He answered, love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind; and, love your neighbor as yourself — the lawyer's answer is the correct answer: the double love command combining Deuteronomy 6:5 (love God) and Leviticus 19:18 (love neighbor).
