“Therefore I said, Hearken to me; I also will shew mine opinion.”
Therefore I say, Listen to me; I too will show my knowledge, asserting Elihu's right to speak despite his youth, claiming that he possesses knowledge worth hearing. The command to listen suggests Elihu's confidence in his position. The assertion of knowledge to show suggests that Elihu believes he has something new and valuable to contribute.
