“And ye have not kept the charge of mine holy things: but ye have set keepers of my charge in my sanctuary for yourselves.”
And you have not kept the charge of my holy things; but you have set foreigners to keep charge of my sanctuary'—further specifying that the foreigners were not merely present but actually had administrative responsibility for the sanctuary.
