“For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off.”

Surely, this commandment that I am commanding you today is not too hard for you, nor is it too distant — the law is not 'difficult' ('lo-nifleet') nor 'far' ('lo-rechoqa'). Obedience is achievable, not impossible.
