DEUTERONOMY 15:12 — KING JAMES VERSION 0 0
Deut 15:11Deut 15:13
And if thy brother, an Hebrew man, or an Hebrew woman, be sold unto thee, and serve thee six years; then in the seventh year thou shalt let him go free from thee.
And when you release him, do not send him away empty-handed — the released slave must receive provision, not merely freedom. Emancipation includes economic reinstatement.
