“Also the Lord was angry with me for your sakes, saying, Thou also shalt not go in thither.”
Even the LORD was angry with me for your sakes, saying, 'You also shall not go in there' -- Moses reveals that he too is barred from Canaan. The reason: the people's rebellion.
